Blue Heron Resort Condominiums Guest Registration Form


    This form must be filled out by the unit owner when anyone other than the owner will be occupying their unit. Please complete the form at least three days prior to the check in date. (Telephone reservations may be made on short notice but must also be confirmed with this form.)

    A $500 damage deposit will be required at the time of check in via cash or credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover) unless waived by the owner, in which case the owner accepts full responsibility for damages and/or cleaning charges.

    Check-in Times: Mon-Thu and Sat 9 AM to 5 PM, Fri 4 PM to 9 PM, Sun Noon to 5 PM
    Check-out Time: 10 AM of departure date unless otherwise approved by office manager. There will be a $25 per hour charge for late check-outs.
