At our private clubhouse enjoy the outdoor pool, hot tub, pool table, ping pong, foosball, fitness room, sauna, and spacious lawns perfect for games or simply soaking in the view. Just across the guest parking lot are tennis, basketball and pickleball courts.

A short walk from the condominiums leads to our private beach, featuring 400 feet of Hood Canal waterfront and spectacular views of the Olympic Mountains. Guests can enjoy beachcombing, kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing, boating, swimming, wildlife viewing, and unforgettable sunsets. Gather with family and friends at beachfront picnic tables, roast marshmallows around the fire pits, or spend the day exploring the waters from our private dock, which provides convenient access for boats, kayaks, and canoes. Along the way, you’ll discover traces of Blue Heron’s fascinating past as the historic Olympus Manor artist colony, a beloved retreat for artists and creative thinkers dating back to the 1920s.

Our floating dock, designed to accommodate changing tides, provides convenient access for day-use moorage, launching watercraft, fishing, and cooling off with a refreshing swim. Oysters That Aren’t Gonna Shuck Themselves

Hood Canal is renowned for its shellfish and fishing opportunities. Depending on current regulations and conditions, guests may observe or enjoy clamming, oyster harvesting, crabbing, and fishing in the surrounding waters. As of May 2025, shellfish harvesting on Blue Heron Beach is restricted to Blue Heron owners only.
