For entertainment, the grounds include a large outdoor heated pool with lounge chairs, hot tub, patio tables and sun umbrellas.
Up the hill are sport courts that are laid out for tennis, pickle ball and basketball. The clubhouse and outdoor play areas are also located there. We have reserved parking for owners and extra parking for guests.
Our beautiful clubhouse includes the following amenities: patio deck with seating, foosball, table tennis, pool table, TV, community room with kitchen, work out room, co-ed sauna, restrooms, private showers, dressing rooms, meeting room, library, and more!

Our Beach has it all
Our private beach includes 400 feet of waterfront on picturesque Hood Canal with stunning views of the Olympic Mountain Range. The beach and dock are open to owners and guests. There is ample area on the beach front grounds for boat and kayak storage. Picnic tables are available for the perfect outdoor dinner. Fire pits offer the perfect spot for roasting marshmallows around a cozy fire on the beach.
The beach is located a short walk from the condominium units. The overpass from the condos to the beach passes by the quaint Fountains from the historic Olympus Manor from the early 1900’s.
The beach includes an area for clam digging as well as a section of the beach with plentiful delicious oysters for our consumption. Check current restrictions and licensing requirements.
Go crabbing or fishing on your private boat or try your luck off our dock at high tide. Study the interesting animal life or watch a Blue Heron out on the dock. Marvel at the Eagle circling overhead or be entertained by the seals.
Our Dock includes a gangway ramp that elevates for changing tide levels. The dock platform is perfect for tying up boats for day use. It is low enough for kayak and canoe use as well as a perfect platform to jump into the canal for a cool and refreshing swim. Fishing from the platform is a favorite pastime for young families.
